  - from concepts to profits and everything in between

Sodon is an accomplished product management professional for high-technology companies including AT&T, 3Com and several start-ups. No stranger to leading-edge technologies, he is experienced in turning concepts into profits.

Most recently, he was the Director of Product Management and Marketing for a telecommunications start-up developing a managed application server to deliver advanced integrated voice and data services utilizing both traditional TDM voice/data technologies and next generation packet voice/data without the need for costly Customer Premises Equipment or forklift upgrades. While at 3Com, he successfully led the launch of next generation DSL routers while protecting the established OfficeConnect brand and increasing revenues by almost 300%. A veteran of technologies for early adopters, he was responsible for AT&T's award winning portable laptop and tablet computer portfolio, and launched wireless data application services years before the competition.

Originally a software developer, Sodon transitioned to product management to become an advocate for the customer after experiencing first-hand how prioritizing innovation over customer requirements can lead to lost revenue and profitability. Recognizing the importance of product management to a company's success, he has honed his basic product management skills to include direct mail campaigns, innovative packaging designs, branding, market analysis, product requirement definition, financial responsibility and web based marketing.
